Workshop di Co-Creazione con la Comunità Sámi di Inari (Finlandia)

Il 20 febbraio 2025, DIGICHer ha organizzato un workshop progettato dal DRLab con le comunità Sámi di Inari (Finlandia) per esplorare le loro esigenze, opinioni e desideri relativi alla digitalizzazione del loro patrimonio culturale. Al workshop ha partecipato un gruppo di rappresentanti della comunità selezionati tra coloro che hanno a che fare con le comunità Sámi, la cultura e il patrimonio culturale digitale.
Questo evento inaugura un ciclo di incontri dedicati alla digitalizzazione partecipativa del patrimonio culturale delle minoranze europee e coinvolgerà rappresentanti dei quattro settori della quadrupla elica:
• Ricerca,
• Industrie Culturali e Creative,
• Governo,
• Società.
Durante il workshop, i partecipanti hanno lavorato insieme per definire un sistema condiviso di azioni e buone pratiche volte ad aumentare il coinvolgimento attivo della comunità Sámi nella gestione digitale del proprio patrimonio culturale.
I risultati di questo primo incontro rappresenteranno una base fondamentale per i successivi sviluppi del progetto DIGICHer, contribuendo a promuovere una gestione equa, inclusiva e partecipativa del patrimonio culturale digitale europeo.

Co-Creation workshop with the Sámi communities in Inari (Finland)

On 20 February 2025, DIGICHer organised a workshop with the Sámi communities in Inari (Finland) to explore their needs, opinions and wishes related to digitisation of their cultural heritage. The workshop was attended by a group of community representatives selected from those connected with the Sámi communities, culture and digital cultural heritage.
This event inaugurates a series of meetings dedicated to the participatory digitisation of the cultural heritage of European minorities and will involve representatives from the four sectors of the quadruple helix:
- Research,
- Cultural and Creative Industries,
- Government,
- Society.
During the workshop, participants worked together to define a shared system of actions and good practices aimed at increasing the active involvement of the Sámi community in the digital management of their cultural heritage.
The results of this first meeting will provide a fundamental basis for the further development of the DIGICHer project, helping to promote fair, inclusive and participatory management of Europe’s digital cultural heritage.
