The profound and rapid social and technological transformation requires more frequent updating of professional knowledge and skills. The lifelong learning is already assuming fundamental importance and will be, in the near future, an essential component of all career paths. With this in mind, G-LAB and Fondazione Golinelli have initiated a reflection on how to develop, starting from the first stage of training, not only basic knowledge, but especially key skills for the lifelong learning. This perspective calls for a profound rethinking of training paths and has led to the development of teacher training proposals and experimental projects that help develop innovative and diverse teaching solutions.
