How is artificial intelligence changing our way of conceiving knowledge? How does the ability to process information and understand complex systems change the responsibility of decision makers? How does potentially immediate access to knowledge change the processes of education and protection of public opinion? What role does education play in this rising scenario?

The future of our ability to interact with technology in a constructive way will perhaps also depend, as Étienne Klein says, on our "ability to invest in a certain representation of the future." The round table will be an opportunity to share perspectives and visions on the role of education in the future of digitized knowledge, to try to focus on questions of central importance for the future of human thought and its role in the world.

The event belongs to the series of design seminars in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) sector in Trentino, organized by the DRLab of the Department of Humanities - Unitn, in collaboration with the E-Learning project at the Istituto Italiano di Studi Germanici.
