Instructions for compilation

1. Define the title of the project. Define the objective.

2. Define the strengths, i.e., the competencies of the organization, and/or the stakeholders Of the project, which are helpful in achieving the goal.

3. Define the weaknesses, i.e., the competencies of the organization, and/or the stakeholders of the project, which are detrimental to achieving the goal.

4. Define the opportunities, that is, the external conditions that are helpful in achieving the goal.

5. Define risks, i.e., external conditions that could do harm to project performance.
